The Falls themselves are magnificent but the overall experience is painfully touristy and crass. I would say if you ever find yourself in the area for other reasons it would be worth taking a look but, as we shall see over the next week of posts, other than the Falls themselves there are not a lot of good reasons to be there.

Thanks for the heads up. Touristy and crass…seems like so many places have become that way. Shame.
