While waiting for the light to turn green, this repellent slob started throwing garbage out the window onto the street. My shouting at him and photographing him only served to get his back (and middle finger) up.

This is so sad, beautiful UK is full of litter, EVERYWHERE…I cycle and see ditches and streets and so many areas with so much litter…people do not seem to care or do not want to or are overwhelmed by the scale of it. SO SAD
Yes. Some is accidental, or merely negligent. But this was deliberate and infuriating.
