Sadly, on our walk we came upon this dead deer lying on the side of the road. As a city boy, I’m not really sure what I could have done about it. Since it was pulled off the road, I assumed someone had moved it and called it in but to whom? And when? It was still there an hour late on the return from our walk.
This is so sad. Around here, the deer feed so close to the Interstate, it scares me.
