People of New York. Can you see the difference between tourists and inhabitants? When I lived in Paris, I left this city nine years ago, I could easily see the difference. I’m still doing it, a little Parisian is still in me.
I’m thinking of moving to Rome, maybe a new blog as my “Paris en photographies”.
But right now I’ve got photos from the French countryside.
Often, I’m sure I can tell the difference, especially if the people are speaking another language, gawking at the sights, taking lots of selfies, or wearing an “I ❤️ NY” shirt. But, of course, one never really knows except when one talks with them and they tell you. I think I’m often mistaken for a tourist myself because I have a camera in my hand.
