Riverside Landscape

Riverside Park, New York
Riverside Park, New York

This is how New York often looked to me when I was a kid (empty). It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to go for a walk in the park and not see it packed with people. This is the day after Christmas, a beautiful, raw, foggy day. The buildings interfering with the landscape in the background are the newish Trump apartment buildings that recently had the Trump name removed.

    1. Thanks! You used to be able to wander through the Metropolitan Museum without encountering a soul in room after room except for the occasional guard. You could get mugged in Central Park and not find an adult to report it to for a mile.
