Mask? We don’t need no steenkin’ mask: cyclist edition 4

90th St and Second Avenue, New York
96th St and Central Park West, New York

As I’ve posted before, the risk is relatively low outside from a cyclist moving past you fast; nevertheless, especially in the case of the bottom picture where the cyclist stood in the middle of the sidewalk under a scaffold where he was neither moving nor several feet away, not wearing a mask betrays an attitude of contempt for one’s fellow humans that I find inexcusable. Is it really more important for these dudes to get their exercise unmasked than it is to participate in a global effort to slow the spread of a highly contagious, deadly virus?
