Just received a special offer to try MacPhun’s Tonality B&W editor and decided to give it a spin for $12.99. Here I applied a grunge filter then, with some difficulty, exported the image and re-imported it to Lightroom where I used the elliptical graduated filter to highlight the man on the left and a brush tool to bring out his face a bit more. I could, perhaps, have done these things in Tonality but their documentation (such as I could find) is woefully inadequate and a Google search suggests not much has yet been created by others. Still, ignoring the workflow difficulties, the tool-set seems robust and useful.
