We may have gotten a dusting earlier. This was the first time I noticed it sticking around at all. I’m not sure the exact timing from season to season and year to year. Seems to me November’s usually the earliest and January’s probably the latest I’ve ever seen snow in NY but I can’t say I remember with any great certainty…
Well, we did get another 5 inches or so (~12 cm) and there were some short-lived transit disruptions but where I live in Manhattan I seldom feel affected dramatically by the weather
