I enjoyed this. I saved it b/c I wanted to take my time and view it, and I am glad I did. He makes good points but my big takeaway was the old adage: Failing to plan is planning to fail. Thanks, Adam.
Yes. And I also liked his appeal for more mentoring, based on his own, very personal story.
