Shooting through the fence. I mostly got a clear shot but I think what you’re seeing (the gold circles) is some combination of diffraction and/or diffusion caused partly by the bits of the fence obscuring the corner of the lens and shooting into the light

This is pretty! How did you do this? The all-over bokeh is wonderful.
