Yes, that’s something photography often does with facial expression. I doubt this woman was feeling what appears on her face at all – her face just happened to pass through this expression on it’s way to some other expression (perhaps a smile) and coincidentally it’s when I snapped the shutter creating a “true” capture of the moment that is “false” nevertheless.
