Not necessarily you, but this happens to me so often and I had no idea it had a name: The Baader-Meinhof Phenomenon, otherwise known as the frequency illusion or recency bias, is a situation where something you recently learned about suddenly seems to appear everywhere.
Yes, and in this case, once it’s brought to your attention you can’t help but see it everywhere. It’s like deja vu all over again.
