A must see in Brighton is the starling murmurations, occurring at dusk between about November and February. We photographed them in mid-December (and may go back this month as their numbers increase with incoming Scandinavian birds).

I used to see this in the fall when I was coming home from work. A bit off-putting, but pretty fabulous, too.
Nothing off-putting about it here – perhaps because they’re over the water. Stunning. Will probably go one more time to get better pictures now that I know what it looks like – but it’s always different, so no guarantees.
Over the water is nice. This here was over the very road I was driving on. I was in my car and still ducking from them. 🙄
