Like it a lot, it does look like one of his, not quite as disturbing or surreal though. Did you do any post exposure work or is it as it came out of the camera. Sorry but the ‘like’ click is not working, must be the work computer.

Thanks! I always do a little work in post but nothing that significantly alters what I saw in front of me. In this case I boosted the shadows a tad and lowered the highlights and boosted the midtone contrast (clarity). I also sharpened and did a little noise cleanup as this was a very high ISO shot, handheld. I mostly work in Lightroom and seldom do lots of detailed manipulation in Photoshop.
I agree, I don’t like doing much manipulation, the noise level looks really good, hardly noticeable. But all in all a nice effect, also because it does not have any colour cast from the street lights.
