I have never head of Dekorte Park. I lived in central Jersey. Went to school in Perth Amboy and East Orange.
It’s fairly new and represents a “promise” to the people of NJ to clean up the muck of a century or more of corporate and industrial neglect and malfeasance, according to a placard at the HQ.
