Palm Court at the Edge

The Edge District, St Petersburg, Florida

(These pictures were shot over a week ago – everything’s shut now and we’re complying with attempts to halt the spread of Covid-19 by not going out except for necessities).

  1. Is it really the cool little part of St Pete that Google would have me believe? Is it a very big area? My parents retired from NJ to Bradenton and as close as it is to St Pete, I think I went there one time.

    1. Well, it’s the Edge and it has a nice derelict warehouse artsy feel to it, but it’s not that big and aside from the Morean and the Chihuly Collection across the street, we didn’t find any galleries, only restaurants and luxury apartments going up. To be fair we only got to wander around 1 or 2 days before everything closed down so I can’t be sure I didn’t miss stuff but, frankly, it didn’t look like it would be enough to sustain me for very long…
