The closest Trader Joe’s is 3 hours away. They must think I live in the boonies and don’t need one.

Well, before the pandemic it had really improved the quality of our life when it opened around the corner. Great prices, good quality and loads of helpful friendly people (I continue to marvel at how the languishing supermarket competitors in the neighborhood have failed to pick up on any of this). Since the pandemic began, of course, you often have to queue for quite a while to get in so it’s not quite the spur of the moment or last minute ingredient dash it used to be.
