All I can think of is the A/C bill with these windows facing west at 3 o’clock in the afternoon on a hot summer day. $$$ But the shadows are wonderful.
The front of my house faces west and it is funny, but you drive down my block on any given summer afternoon around 2 o’clock on, and we all have our blinds drawn. The heat is awful. The bills are worse.

I bet. But this was a pretty ritzy looking town. And the temperature here is pretty moderate all year round.
