Looking Either Way

Aerial view of a coastal city with a sandy beach, a pier extending into the water, and buildings lining the shore under a cloudy sky.
Brighton Beach, UK

Looking East we could see the Brighton Palace Pier and the Marina beyond. Looking West we saw some of the many amusements along the beach, again with reflections I could only partially clean up.

Aerial view of a colorful playground with climbing structures and slides, surrounded by pathways and a beach area. Nearby, a modern building with outdoor seating is visible.
