Some more archival shots from April-May, 2009. WordPress is now making it very difficult to search one’s gallery going back any significant length of time – you have to scroll a few frames at a time. Without Jesus…

He explained to me that with Jesus I’d have gold in heaven; without him, Hell is real. When I asked how he knew, he said it was in the Bible. When I asked how he knew the Bible was true he told me that Jesus came and gave him a big hug while he was “upstate.”

Broadway Hallelujah!

This man used to walk up and down Broadway, between about 96th and 106th Street, shouting, “Hallelujah, Hallelujah…” over and over again or, sometimes, “Jesus loves you, Jesus loves you,” without cease. I have not seen him in a while, but this picture was taken in July, 2004.
