
Covid is Over – Not



We entered Phase 2 of re-opening last Monday…









The barber, Malik, was happy to let me take the picture; his client wanted to be sure his haircut was evenly done first, which we both assured him it was. This was a a couple of weeks ago, before barbershops had reopened. Malik gave me his number – if you’re interested PM me for it.

The odd thing is, it’s precisely when you’re in conversation that you’re in greatest need of a mask over your nose and mouth…

I always wonder what conversation couples have had when one is wearing a mask and the other isn’t. Did they agree they’d be safe from each other if only one wore a mask? Did the one with a mask just decide to tolerate the other’s irresponsible decision without dissent? Did the one without express contempt for the idea of protection that the one with simply swallowed?


Courting doesn’t mean unmasking.
