That’s the Samaritan’s Purse tent compound in the background, a medical charity of Christian Franklin Graham (Billy’s son) that, controversially, requires anti-gay oaths of its medical personnel and has reportedly been doing sterling, life-saving work as an annex to Mount Sinai Hospital across the street.
