Just found a few more Ireland pictures on my other camera body. Here are a couple of a magpie and a heron lounging in St Stephen’s Green, a park in Dublin.
I don’t know how many of these were actually Dubliners and how many tourists, but I did try to photograph those who seemed like they maybe were local. Click any image to see them all enlarged (unless you’re seeing this in an email, in which case click through to https://islerweb.com).

…must mean something different.
On the way back to Dublin from Donegal we passed through Northern Ireland again. Along the way we stopped at one point and I met this friendly man who was riding with his blue mascot as part of a benefit to help prevent suicides.
I stopped to compliment this man on how beautiful his house and garden looked and we chatted for a minute, after which he graciously permitted me to photograph him in front of his house.
Controlling an angry man outside a club, just outside our hotel room window, late one night.
