Morning Light

Several mornings in a row, the morning sunlight flooding into the bedroom and bouncing off a mirror, glowed radiantly into the hallway.

Foggy Morning

Deep fog a couple of weeks ago – continued even as I took the train in to London later that morning (see images below).

Farnham Flooding

This little brook has achieved record heights (but is not overflowing the little footbridge over it).

A walk up to Caesar’s Camp a couple of weeks ago showed the many large puddles and flooding from recent rains had not yet fully receded. Glorious reflections, though. Click on the images below to see them larger.

Ash Ranges

We walked a short trail through the Ash Ranges which were still covered in puddles from the recent rains. Click any of the images below to see them enlarged.

We took the train a couple of stops to Ash Vale in the Borough of Guildford to walk a short trail in the Ash Ranges (military shooting ranges).

Wax Wings

Bohemian wax wings were spotted in Farnham for the first time in a long time. I was not out to photograph birds, but my wife was ready to spot birds with her binoculars and, seeing my camera, friendly people naturally directed me to the library garden where they could be seen.
